Nomthandazo Margaret Shumi (Thandi),

Thandi has been with Emyezweni since 1992, when the school was founded. She has brilliant relationships with families in the community and is a great teacher. Her behaviour management skills are impressive and her class is an extremely calm, relaxing, and happy place to learn.

Sisanda Bolo,
Grade R Teacher

Sisanda started teaching Gr R this year, she joined our staff in 2013. She is a very enthusiastic teacher, with much storytelling, laughing, singing, dancing, and acting going in on her class. She likes the challenge of the children’s unpredictable behaviour.

Noludwe Mkhunyana,
Pre-Grade R Teacher
Nomthandazo Gloria Mazembe (Gloria),
Toddler Class Teacher

Noludwe joined our staff in 2017.  Noludwe is a vibrant teacher who brings much joy to her teaching space. Seeing teaching as her calling, she is currently enrolled for her 3rd year ECD Diploma studies at a local technical university.

Gloria joined Emyezweni staff in 2010. With one of the most challenging jobs in the school, Gloria does a brilliant job of keeping our 3-4 year-old learners entertained whilst also ensuring they are learning! Gloria is a very loving and motherly teacher and loves the little ones continuous chatter and laughter.
